2025-2026 Updated District Calendar


Reminder about the Second Annual Young American Creative Patriotic Art Contest.
This year's contest theme is specially aligned with the nation's upcoming Semiquincentennial—the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 2026 (America 250).
The contest is open to Pennsville students (grades K-12, with emphasis on elementary through high school).
Original artwork only (specific size/format limits to be confirmed, e.g., suitable for scanning/photographing submissions).
Submissions due to art teachers or dto the main office by April 24th.
Certificates, recognition, prizes and ties to America250 initiatives.

MEETING DATE CHANGE
The date of the regular action meeting of the Pennsville Board of Education scheduled for Monday, March 30, 2026 has been changed and will now be held on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 6:00pm in the Board Room at 30 Church Street, Pennsville, New Jersey for the purpose of conducting a regular action meeting of the Board and any other matters deemed necessary at this meeting.

Congratulations to our Boys and Girls Wrestlers who competed this past weekend in their respective District Tournaments and qualified for their Regional Tournament this coming weekend. The Boys Regional tournament is hosted at Williamstown HS on Friday, March 6th (4 pm) and Saturday, March 7th (9 am), while the girls will travel to Absegami High School on Sunday, March 8th (9 am). #GoEagles


Looking for something to do this evening (2/25)? Stop out to the Davidow Theater on the campus of Salem Community College this evening to support our Academic League teams from both Pennsville Middle School and Pennsville High School as they compete in the Chemours Salem County Academic League Finals. The Middle School team is competing against Oldmans Township @ 5:30pm, and the High School Team will take on Woodstown HS immediately following the Middle School event. These kids have worked hard all season and are now one win away from a County Championship in this Academic Season. Hope to see you there - admission is free. #GoEagles

New Jersey for the purpose of conducting a regular action meeting of the Board and any
other matters deemed necessary at this meeting.

The contest is open to Pennsville students (public, private, homeschool; grades K-12, with emphasis on elementary through high school).
Original artwork only (specific size/format limits to be confirmed, e.g., suitable for scanning/photographing submissions).
Promotion to begin immediately (February 2026), submissions due to art teachers or designated drop-off by late April/early May.
Certificates, recognition, prizes and ties to America250 initiatives.
