You are invited to submit a proposal for a School Physician for the Pennsville Township Board of Education. Proposals will be received until 10:00am on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at the Board of Education Office, 30 Church Street, Pennsville, NJ 08070, at which time proposals will be publicly opened, tabulated and turned over to the Board of Education for study and award. Award will be made at the next regular meeting of the Board of Education. All proposals are to be presented on or before said time in a sealed envelope plainly marked with name and address of person(s) making proposal, date and hour of opening and name of proposal. Proposal package may be picked up at the Board of Education Office, 30 Church Street, Pennsville, NJ 08070 between 8:30am and 3:30pm Monday through Friday or requests can be made via email to Heather Mayhew, hmayhew@pv-eagles.org. It will be agreed by submission of a proposal that the proposal price will remain firm for sixty (60) days and the Owner will endeavor to award the Contract within the like period after actual submission of Proposal on May 7, 2024. The Board of Education reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any informalities in the proposals, and to award the proposal to a responsible party.
