Pennsville Board of Education Public Notice
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to P.L. 2007, Chapter 53, that the Pennsville Board of Education will hold a public hearing and take action to amend and/or alter the existing employment contract of its Assistant Superintendent, Mrs. Kyle Baker-Plale, at a meeting to be held on January 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the 30 Church Street, Pennsville, New Jersey. Members of the public are invited to comment at this meeting regarding the amendment and/or alternation of the Assistant Superintendent’s employment agreement. The Board pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, specifically N.J.S.A. 10:4-12(b), shall not publicly discuss personnel matters and shall not respond to comments made by members of the public. However, the Board will give all comments appropriate consideration.
